Who is Pierre?

Pierre and Chromotherapy

As a painter, I have always had a very intimate contact with colour and light. Even if the subjects of my paintings have substantially changed over the years, transforming from figurative to abstract, my paintings have always been very luminous and colourful.

In 1998, I began to create light installations using beams or pillars of coloured light. At the same time I painted my series of Light Beams and Colour Lights. Shortly thereafter, I discovered the therapeutic power of these paintings and installations. I then developed an extra-sensory art concept and started my Healing Paintings series.

In 2004, I studied Reflexochromy with Régine Roche in Switzerland, and in 2006 I discovered the Chromatotherapy of Dr. Agrapart in France. Later, I deepened my theoretical and practical knowledge of Chromotherapy by studying the Jean-Claude Nobis and Pierre Van Obberghen approaches.
